Look Up User Account
LOOK UP USER ACCOUNT
There are 2 ways you can search for an existing user account (NOTE: User Accounts NOT User Registrations). First, log in to the system with your Coordinator account. (see log in)
A. LOOK UP VIA ALL USERS TAB
1. After logging in, click on “All Users”

2. Lookup users by searching by “Username” or by filtering by “Username”, “Name”, “E-mail”

B. LOOKUP VIA MANAGE ATTENDEES TAB
First navigate to “Manage Attendees” tab.

1. Use the 2nd search bar “Search User(s)” to search by “username”, “First Name”, “Last Name”, or “E-mail”
2. If the search brings back a matching result, then you have confirmed that participant has an existing account. NOTE: Make sure to check email as a method of confirming you have the right person. Name and Last name are not a reliable way of verifying for obvious reasons.
