Tantra 1 for Men

This workshop is an introduction to the teachings of Tantra.  In a safe and facilitated space, we will explore the principles and tools for living life with greater freedom, creativity, and passion. To do this, we’ll create experiments to practice erotic touch, conscious breath, movement, and meditation, supplemented with lecture and discussion.

The purpose of our gathering is to feel and acknowledge our desires, identify and play with erotic habits, and explore the remarkable healing power of pleasure.

This workshop is a hands-on and often clothes-off experience, open to all men who are willing to explore their relationship to desire and pleasure in a more conscious way.

This workshop begins Friday night and ends Sunday night.
