Refund Policy effective January 1, 2008

We understand that situations may change once a workshop is scheduled and after you register for a workshop you may need to cancel. Please read carefully our refund policies outlined below so that we can clarify in advance any questions you may have as there are no exceptions.

If you cancel up to a week before the workshop starts, you receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee. You can also transfer your remaining balance one time within one year to another offering. After one year there is no credit.

If you cancel less than a week before the workshop starts, do not attend, or leave once a workshop starts, there is no refund.

If Body Electric cancels a workshop your deposit and tuition will be refunded in full or credited to another workshop, unless the reasons are out of our control such as weather or disasters. In such cases there is no refund. You may wish to consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance.
