Refund Policy

We understand that situations may change once you register for a workshop. Please carefully read our refund policy so we can clarify in advance any questions as there are no exceptions to the policy.

If you cancel prior to 2 weeks before a workshop starts, you receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee on a $100 deposit and $100 processing fee on a $300 deposit.

You can also transfer your deposit and any paid tuition one time within one year to another offering. After one year there is no credit or transfer.

If you transfer to another workshop within the year and cancel, do not attend or leave early there is no further refund, credit nor transfer.

If you cancel during the 2 weeks before a workshop starts, do not attend, or leave once a workshop starts, there is no refund nor transfer and no exceptions.

If Body Electric cancels a workshop your deposit and tuition will be refunded in full or credited to another workshop.

In situations out of our control such as weather, retreat center closings, war or disasters, there is no refund but your tuition can be transferred one time to another workshop. After one year there is no credit or transfer. If you do transfer to another workshop and cancel, do not attend or leave early there is no further transfer.

Body Electric is not responsible for any travel costs such as transportation and non-workshop lodging. You may wish to consider travel insurance.
