Tantra for WomenWith Alex Jade and Helen Finch Tantra is a set of principles, practices, and attitudes that include the mind, heart, and whole body on the path to enlightenment. Far more than just being a way to improve your sex life, Tantra offers us the potential of experiencing our erotic energy as spiritual "rocket fuel"! Tapping into living tradition, we will practice movement and meditation, both individually and in connection. Tantra holds as a core principle the extraordinary power of pleasure. This retreat focuses on ways we confine our easy access to pleasure and how to expand toward greater freedom, fullness, and sweetness in our lives. Led by a team of longterm practitioners, each with over 15 years of Body Electric, Tantra, and facilitation experience, you will be expertly held while tapping your own unique wisdom and ultimate authority. Bringing your juicy aliveness to every breath, your fullest expression generates healing not just for yourself and your intimates, but expands outward to the world you inhabit. Ultimately, your joy is the most potent offering to the Earth that you can make. Join us at the sublime Bodhi Manda Zen Center for four days of sacred exploration, playful practice, and deep stillness in the beautiful red hills of New Mexico. Bodhi Manda features natural hot springs and a fresh water stream, peaceful clean lines of zen architecture, and stunning sunsets. No previous yoga or meditation experience is required. Now, more than ever, is the time to reconnect with the native abundance within our bodies and spirit. Prerequisite: None Tuition: $1195. Tuition includes room and board. Register with a $300 deposit.
